Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your fabric and place it back in its original packaging along with the printed return slip to ensure quick processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are uncut and unwashed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
